Dental floss
A toothbrush can clean many areas well – but often not the narrow spaces between the teeth completely. This is precisely where plaque and food debris tend to accumulate most easily. If these areas are neglected over time, cavities, gum inflammation or periodontitis can develop.
Dental floss helps to thoroughly clean these hard-to-reach areas. Just a few minutes a day can make a noticeable contribution to keeping your teeth healthy in the long term. Depending on your dental situation, interdental brushes or special aids such as Superfloss may also be useful.
Step 1: move gently with a light sawing motion through the contact area
Step 2: clean the surface of the back tooth
Step 3 and final step: clean the surface of the front tooth
