QM of the BLZK
The Bavarian State Dental Association has a list of the documents. The forms that must be signed should be printed out. The documents we have processed are stored here.
Hygiene
- The guidelines of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) on “Infection prevention in dentistry – hygiene requirements” dated 2006-04-10 are fundamental.
- The “Hygiene requirements for the reprocessing of medical devices” apply to the reprocessing of medical devices.
Team meetings
Team meetings are documented on a password-protected blog. This gives us access to the minutes from anywhere in the practice and also from outside, of course with a password. Hosting on WordPress is free and the blog’s search function is very good. Labelling individual posts with tags and assigning categories keeps everything clear. Developing mind maps in team meetings has also proven to be productive.
